Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to express my congratulations on your continued prosperity. We would like to inform you that starting from the shipment on June 13, 2023, we will be renewing the product design of the oil-resistant PVC hose for the "Hand Rotary Pump (HR-25G)." There will be no changes to the price or quality of the hose. Specifications such as the liquid used, compatible viscosity (cP), discharge volume, lift height, and material will also remain unchanged. Previously, the hose was black and had a bellows shape, but the new design will be pink and have a straight shape. Please note that there may be instances where the old model design is delivered from our distributors and retailers. In such cases, returns or exchanges will not be accepted, so we appreciate your understanding in advance. We apologize for any inconvenience this change may cause, and we sincerely ask for your understanding. We look forward to your continued support.
