In the September 20, 2026 issue of the Japan Machinery News, we featured a top interview article with our President and CEO, Masanobu Kimura, as well as an advertisement regarding "JIMTOF 2026." In the top interview, themed "70th Anniversary of Founding, Moving to the Next Stage," we reflect on the previous year and discuss organizational reforms, talent development, and new product development aimed at further growth. We are advancing a shift from a traditional top-down approach to a bottom-up approach, promoting the creation of an organization where each department understands the necessary figures and can act autonomously. Additionally, we introduced our policy of not only launching new products, including our mainstay pumps, but also focusing on system proposals that enhance our customers' operational efficiency, such as remotely monitoring liquid levels. As we celebrate our 70th anniversary, we aim for further growth as a united group.
