We received a catalog commemorating the issuance of the "SDGs Private Placement Bonds" through Shiga Bank.

Recently, our company issued an SDGs private placement bond through Shiga Bank and donated "one wooden bookshelf, eleven books, and seven educational toys" to the Hikone Welfare Association's "Takeshi Nursery." The SDGs private placement bond aims to contribute to solving local community issues through collaboration between banks and companies. A portion of the fees received by the bank from the companies that issue the private placement bonds is used to purchase goods, which are then donated to organizations engaged in SDGs initiatives, with the donating company able to choose the recipient. (Details are available on Shiga Bank's website.) The staff at Takeshi Nursery were very pleased, and all of our employees are also very happy! As a company that contributes to the community for regional development, we are committed to social contribution activities related to the SDGs and promote CSR activities.
