Our company has recently been certified as a "Health Management Excellent Corporation" by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry. The "Health Management Excellent Corporation Certification System" is a program that honors corporations that practice particularly excellent health management based on initiatives that address local health issues and promote health enhancement as advocated by the Japan Health Conference. As one of the initiatives aimed at realizing a society of healthy longevity, we are promoting "Health Management," which involves considering employee health management from a managerial perspective and strategically implementing initiatives that contribute to maintaining and enhancing health. Moving forward, our company will continue to support the health management of each employee, aiming to improve motivation for each individual and enhance overall labor productivity within the company by enabling healthier work conditions.
