Wireless communication device for small-scale AGV systems, easy configuration, easy setup.

The communication and control are performed by automatically exchanging memory information between the parent-side PLC and the AGV-side PLC via wireless transmission. Connection - Connect the wireless master unit (NM) to the parent-side PLC via Ethernet. - Connect the wireless slave unit (UME-920) to the AGV-side PLC via Ethernet. Transmission and Reception - The memory addresses for data exchange and frequency channels are pre-set. - To send information, write the data into the transmission data area and increment the transmission counter by +1. - For reception, read the reception data area when the reception counter changes. Features 1. The wireless operates in the 920MHz band, avoiding interference with WiFi and allowing for longer communication distances. 2. Only the settings for the control PLC, AGV-side PLC, and UME920 are required; the rest is managed by the wireless device. 3. The implementation period is short due to its simplicity. 4. Good communication response.
