[Production Example] Non-woven Fabric Fiber Machine Scissor Cutter
We will introduce a case where back grinding with a fine curvature was added to the back of the blade and appropriate tightening adjustments were made to ensure that the fibers can be cut reliably!
We would like to introduce a case study on the production of a "non-woven fabric fiber machine shear-type cutter." We received inquiries about improving the sharpness and durability of the blades used in fiber machines for the continuous cutting process of non-woven fabrics. In particular, there were concerns that fibers tend to get caught between the blades, affecting the stability of processing quality. To match the properties of non-woven fabrics, we adopted blades made of a material with superior wear resistance. Additionally, to ensure that fibers can be cut reliably, we performed back grinding with a slight curvature on the back of the blades and made appropriate tightening adjustments. [Challenges] ■ We want to improve the sharpness and durability of the blades used in fiber machines for the continuous cutting process of non-woven fabrics. ■ There are concerns that fibers easily get caught between the blades, affecting the stability of processing quality. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
basic information
【Processing Details】 ■ In accordance with the properties of non-woven fabric, blades made of more wear-resistant materials are used. ■ To ensure that the fibers are cut reliably, a slight curvature is added to the back of the blade. Back grinding and appropriate tightening adjustments are performed. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
