We would like to introduce a case where we received a request from a fiber machinery manufacturer to produce and deliver a circular blade for cutting cushioning material for packaging all at once. Since the workpiece was made of thick kraft paper, we arranged the saw blades in a V-shape to reduce the resistance on the blades compared to a straight alignment, thereby improving the penetration into the workpiece.
