[Production Example] Carbide Circular Blade for Cutting Solar Panel Film
We will introduce a case where the sharp edge is maintained even after continuous cutting, allowing for a clean cut surface!
We would like to introduce a case study in response to the request to minimize the irregularities on the cutting surface during the process of cutting thin film used for solar panels into long lengths. We selected a long-lasting, high-hardness carbide circular blade and adjusted the blade angle and thickness to suit the workpiece, allowing for cutting without applying unnecessary stress to the film. Since the sharp edge is maintained even during continuous cutting, the cutting surface can be kept clean. This method can also be applied to other functional films (such as PET and EVA). 【Case Overview】 ■ Challenge - To minimize irregularities on the cutting surface during the process of cutting thin film into long lengths. ■ Processing Details - Selected a long-lasting, high-hardness carbide circular blade. - Adjusted the blade angle and thickness to suit the workpiece, allowing for cutting without applying unnecessary stress to the film. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
