We would like to introduce a case where we received a request from a food manufacturer to produce and deliver a carbide round blade for slicing processed meat. Due to the food processing application, we previously used stainless steel blades, but we changed the material to carbide to minimize wear on the cutting edge. Since this is for food use, we selected materials that are excellent in corrosion resistance. The outer diameter is 300mm to slice large workpieces all at once.
