We received inquiries about extending the lifespan of blades used for cutting film rolls and would like to introduce a case we developed. The customer's current product was a carbon steel cutter blade, but due to rapid wear and high replacement frequency, we proposed a carbide blade. Compared to the existing carbon steel cutter blade, we achieved approximately 20 times the durability. Our company produces some carbide cutter blades in small quantities, allowing us to offer them with short lead times and at low prices.
