We received an inquiry from a customer regarding the improvement of the durability of cutter blades, and we would like to introduce a case where we implemented this. By leveraging the cost advantages of mass production, we can provide ultra-thin carbide blades at a low price, which is our proposal. Ultra-thin carbide blades boast a durability 10 to 20 times greater than that of standard carbon steel blades, and can accommodate thicknesses as thin as 0.25 mm. Additionally, super fibers such as aramid fibers can also be cut with these cutter blades.
