[Production Example] Stainless Steel Guillotine Blade for Cutting Vegetable Processing Products
Leveraging the cutting know-how of scissors manufacturers, we have produced a variety of slide cutters!
We received a request for blades for cutting vegetables to be introduced in new equipment, and we would like to introduce a case where we manufactured stainless steel guillotine blades. In this case, we determined that a standard blade would be sufficient for the vegetables; however, for cutting vegetables like eggplants that require removing bitterness, prolonged use may cause bitterness and resin to adhere to the blade, potentially impairing its sharpness.
