We would like to introduce a case where we received a consultation about wanting to cut multiple layers of seaweed cleanly without breaking the material. The customer's issue was that the stacked seaweed was breaking due to the resistance of the blade, resulting in the generation of fine powder. In response, Arus set the thickness of the round blade as thin as possible within the range that would not cause warping, tailored to the delicate characteristics of the seaweed. Additionally, by incorporating a V-shaped groove at the blade tip, we proposed a design that allows the blade to naturally penetrate the seaweed, minimizing resistance.
