We would like to introduce a case where we received a consultation from a customer who wanted to improve the efficiency of the work of cutting out polyurethane on-site. We adopted a wear-resistant steel type that can withstand hard use on-site and optimized the blade shape to match the current work. Additionally, to reduce the burden on the workers, we also considered the lightweight design of the blade and improved grip.
