Considering the characteristics of the workpiece, we proposed a circular blade made from a steel type that excels in the balance of wear resistance and toughness. Additionally, since the customer's equipment has a grinding mechanism, we designed the blade tip as a single-step blade to facilitate easy sharpening when the cutting performance declines.
