Various gas dryers are designed to continuously separate water vapor from compressed gas, thereby lowering the dew point temperature under pressure. 【Example of Effect】 Carbon dioxide is an inert gas that can become highly corrosive depending on the humidity level. Therefore, compressed carbon dioxide dryers (CO2 dryers) are typically custom-made to meet specific project requirements. Several versions are available based on operating pressure, temperature, required dew point temperature under pressure, and humidity levels. Depending on these criteria, the materials used in the dryer may need to be changed. The regeneration method of the dryer is heated regeneration. Depending on the type of fluid available for this regeneration/cooling, the components of the CO2 dryer are adjusted to minimize the gas lost during the regeneration phase. CO2-R-DRY is a heated regeneration hydrogen adsorption dryer with a working pressure of 5 to 11 bar. CO2-HP-R-DRY is a heated regeneration hydrogen adsorption dryer with a maximum working pressure of 50 bar.
