A new and flexible IGBT platform for high-power applications.
Infineon Technologies' "XHP 3" is a module that enables a highly scalable design, achieving high reliability and high power density. It provides excellent solutions for demanding applications such as traction (railways), CAV, marine transport, and medium voltage drive equipment.
