Aluminum die-cast products have the drawback of "the formation of voids and inconsistencies within the product due to their manufacturing method, which means that die-cast products are not adopted for products that require reliability." However, our company has solved this issue with our unique special technology. Hydraulic valves for construction machinery, which are subjected to high pressure, have been processed with our proprietary technology to minimize voids, achieving a casting void of 0.1mm and passing the stringent conditions of a hydraulic test pressure of 30MPa.
