Silicone elastomer emulsion that can form a silicone rubber film by evaporating moisture.
It is an emulsion product that, by simply evaporating water, forms a durable silicone film, providing performance as a long-lasting release agent and smoothing agent. It can also be thickened for use as a water-based coating agent and is useful as a binder for inorganic materials.
