The metal bellows pump is a volumetric pump that utilizes the features of a flexible stainless steel bellows diaphragm. It can be used as a vacuum pump for gases and as a booster compressor. 【Features】 ■ Excellent airtightness Leak tightness of 1.0x10E-7 to 1.0x10E-9 std.cc/sec (He) ■ No contamination The structure has no wear parts, preventing contamination of the fluid gas ■ High corrosion resistance The gas contact parts use 300 series stainless steel, and the valve gaskets are made of Teflon or Viton.
