The "ITOZ Master Series" is a groundbreaking PSA that allows for the installation of multiple child units (ExtraPSA) alongside a master unit (MasterPSA) equipped with control functions. The number of child units in operation can be controlled via the touch panel of the master unit according to the required amount of oxygen gas. While the master unit can be used alone in preparation for future expansions, this PSA is characterized by the benefits it offers when used in combination with child units. Since the master unit comprehensively controls the child units, when considering a doubling of O2 generation capacity, additional child units can be added at half the cost of the master unit. The operation of child units can be stopped according to the usage of O2 gas, allowing for a reduction in electricity costs. This product achieves continuous and near-constant O2 gas generation by staggering the adsorption and desorption timing with the combined child units. 【Other Features】 ■ Expandable - Up to three additional units can be added as needed, allowing for a selection of generation rates from 4.5 to 120 Nm3/h, depending on the combination. (There are eight types of generation rates: 4.5, 6, 8, 12, 16, 20, 25, and 30 Nm3/h.) ■ Built-in Air Tank - The raw air is sequentially supplied from the air tank built into the main unit, allowing for protection of the compressor without increasing tank capacity, even when the generation rate increases. - There is no need to install a separate tank when combined with an inverter-type compressor, achieving energy savings and space efficiency. ■ Low Noise Design - By staggering the timing of the adsorption and desorption of the main and sub-units at equal intervals, the exhaust noise during desorption remains low even when the O2 generation rate increases. - Since the PSA base serves as a silencer, it can be installed in work areas where people are present without causing concern.
