The "ITOZ Outdoor Series" is a PSA oxygen gas generation system that allows for the control of the number of operating units based on the usage of O2 gas. By reducing the consumption of raw air, it decreases CP power consumption, resulting in significant energy savings and a reduction in CO2 emissions. Conventional two-tower PSA systems operate with two adsorption towers alternately adsorbing and desorbing, leading to intermittent O2 gas generation. The unit-controlled PSA shifts the adsorption and desorption timing with the combined units, achieving continuous O2 gas generation. As a result, the pressure within the O2 buffer tank is maintained constant, achieving a high discharge pressure of 0.3 to 0.35 MPa. Additionally, since the raw air is supplied sequentially from the air tank built into the main unit, it can protect the compressor without increasing tank capacity even when the generation amount increases.
