Designed for long life with high overall airtightness. The gas (liquid) connection parts are made of fluororesin and stainless steel, allowing for use in corrosive environments. The intake and exhaust ports (IN/OUT) are connected by tubes and can accommodate bite-type fittings (screw-type fittings are also compatible). Additional features include vibration reduction, high-temperature specifications, and explosion-proof designs. It is also compatible with gas-liquid mixed fluids and can be used as a liquid (self-priming) type. Custom design and manufacturing are possible to meet various specifications and applications.
