PSA oxygen gas generation system
It is widely used in industrial applications and environmental-related fields.
There are examples of usage as follows: ◆ Combustion: Improving combustion efficiency in incinerators, melting furnaces, and industrial furnaces. ◆ Water Environment: Water quality purification (wastewater treatment for closed water bodies, factories, odor reduction, etc.), hydrogen sulfide suppression in sewage treatment facilities, and improving low oxygen conditions by increasing dissolved oxygen (DO) levels. ◆ Agriculture: Hydroponics and plant factories, ideal for promoting growth. ◆ Ozone: Industrial water and wastewater treatment for drinking water, pools, and factories; deodorization and decolorization. Low dew point makes it suitable as a raw gas for ozone generators. ◆ Bio: Cultivation and fermentation, ideal for research purposes as a substitute for oxygen tanks. ◆ Aquaculture: Fish and seafood farming, improving oxygen deficiency and alleviating stress.
basic information
The PSA oxygen gas generation device uses synthetic zeolite as an adsorbent. Synthetic zeolite is formed from silica gel, alumina, and sodium metal, among other materials, and contains numerous pores of about 10Å. An electrostatic field is formed within these pores, allowing for the adsorption of a greater number of polar molecules such as nitrogen gas, water molecules, and carbon dioxide. This property is utilized to selectively extract oxygen gas with a purity of over 90%.
