XYZ flexure stage with high-resolution adjuster

The fiber alignment system consists of a high-precision 3-axis flexure stage with an adjustable fiber holder, a microscope objective lens mount with RMS threads, and a fixed bracket. The smoothly bending flexure mechanism allows for precise three-dimensional positioning, making it suitable for coupling free-space beams into various fibers. All accessories are compatible with this alignment system. The height of the optical axis is 18 mm above the surface of the platform, aligned with the centerline of the slot.
