Considering the cost of the machine and the balance of the design mechanism, the correct number of brushes for the deburring machine is 6. At the time of the basic design (15 years ago), "AuDeBu" conducted sufficient experiments and discussions on the advantages and disadvantages of oscillation. According to the analysis by Authentec, the advantage of oscillation was supposed to be that it would remove burrs more uniformly than without it, but the experimental data showed that both methods resulted in almost the same level of burr removal. If oscillation is performed, there is a high possibility that the deburring machine, which has become the customer's asset, will be lost in about 20 years. Therefore, we decided to stop oscillation and protect the customer's asset.
