Safe maintenance for comfortable use of the AuDeBu series deburring machine.
By implementing maintenance inspections, it becomes possible to maintain machine performance, detect issues early, respond promptly, and plan for the replacement of long-term degraded parts. Regular inspection items: - Annual regular inspection - Free maintenance consumables (replacement of gear oil, timing belt in case of wear, greases) - Free labor costs in case of failure - Free labor costs for drum replacement (limited to cases where replacement is done during regular inspections)

Regular Inspection Items - Internal Cleaning of the Machine ⇒ Cleaning of dust accumulated inside the AuDeBu machine will be performed. - Disassembly and Cleaning of the Suction Blower ⇒ The suction blower will be disassembled and cleaned internally. - Oil Change for Gear Motor Parts ⇒ The gear oil for the motors used for brush drive, brush elevation, and conveyor drive will be changed. - Adjustment of Timing Belt for Brush Rotation ⇒ The tension of the timing belt for brush rotation will be adjusted. If a replacement of the timing belt is necessary, it will also be performed. - Inspection of Brush Drive Head ⇒ The wear condition of regularly replaced parts inside the brush drive drum will be checked. - Operation Check of Each Component ⇒ Operation checks of each component will be conducted.
