The AuDeBu Racoon 1000 is an automatic cleaning machine that allows for high-pressure washing of the upper and lower surfaces of workpieces using jet nozzles in a single pass, while preventing dust dispersion by coordinating with the deburring machines in the AuDeBu series. Having cleared one of the two major bottleneck processes in production lines, which was deburring, we are now automating the remaining factor, the cleaning process, to perfectly resolve the bottleneck.
