Processing is possible for board thicknesses up to 20mm! We offer dry types that can be processed without using water.
"Lissmac" enables simultaneous double-sided R-edge processing. We offer the "SBM-B," which can remove burrs after laser processing and eliminate oxidation films on the edges, and the "SBM-S-J," which can deburr workpieces with protective sheets.
