For this reason, heat dissipation tables for piping, valves, and tanks have been prepared, allowing for the calculation of heat dissipation without complex calculations. **Calculation Example Based on the Example Problem** ■Conditions - Pipe size = 40A - Holding temperature = 10℃ (water) - Minimum outside temperature = -10℃ - Temperature difference = 20℃ - Insulation material = Glass wool 25t - Power supply = 100V, single-phase Based on the above conditions, the heat dissipation is calculated using a table. ■Calculation Result - Heat dissipation = 7.1W/m ■Design output characteristics when using 3BTV1, design output for holding temperature - Design output = 8W/m (at 10℃) Since the design output exceeds the heat dissipation, it can be directly traced to the pipe. Depending on the design conditions, the design output may also fall below the heat dissipation.
