"Auto Trace" is a self-regulating heater for parallel circuits. It can provide reliable and safe freeze prevention and process heating without overheating or catching fire, even without using a thermostat. It is an Auto Trace heater that can be cut to the required length on-site due to its continuous parallel circuit structure. 【Features】 ■ Self-regulating heater ■ Parallel circuit heater ■ The heater itself controls its output according to the surrounding temperature 【Principle of Self-Regulation】 A resistive element made from a special blend of polymer and conductive carbon forms countless parallel electrical paths along the entire length of the two conductors. When the element heats up, this core expands slightly. This increases the electrical resistance and reduces the heater's output. When the core's temperature drops, it contracts slightly, decreasing the electrical resistance and increasing the heater's output. This technology allows the heater to continuously respond to changes in temperature.
