**Principle of Self-Control** A resistive element composed of a special blend of polymers and conductive carbon forms countless parallel electrical paths along the entire length of the two conductors. When the element heats up, this core expands slightly. This increases the electrical resistance and reduces the heater's output. When the core's temperature decreases, it contracts slightly, reducing electrical resistance and increasing the heater's output. This technology allows the heater to continuously respond to changes in temperature. In this way, the principle of the auto-trace heater is suitable for energy conservation.
