• Top Hat Beam Shaper(3)

  Proprietary Top-Hat Beam Shaper TECHNOLOGY This is an unprecedented proprietary technology (patent pending) top-hat beam shaper. Like conventional technology using DOE (Diffractive Optical Element), it utilizes light diffraction to convert a Gaussian beam into a top-hat (uniform intensity distribution), but unlike DOE, it has the following features: * Capable of covering a wide wavelength range with a single element * No false spots * High theoretical efficiency * Can convert to line-shaped or square-shaped light beams. There have been no laser module products with such features until now. μLINEMAN forms a uniformly illuminated line, while μSQUAREMAN forms a uniformly illuminated square at the desired focal position. μLINEMAN and μSQUAREMAN can also accommodate multiple light sources, leveraging the aforementioned features. Additionally, customization is possible for changing the size of lines or squares, converting to circular or rectangular shapes, or transforming to intensity distributions other than top-hat.

  We offer a lineup of focus modules, collimator modules, and line modules, as well as compact packages that include 3.3mmφ and modules incorporating APC diodes.

• Built-in laser diode in APC.(2)

  The APC laser diode is a laser diode that incorporates an Automatic Power Control (APC) circuit into the conventional TO-CAN package. The built-in APC circuit is a proprietary ASIC developed by ARIMA OPTOELECTRONICS. With the incorporation of APC, electrostatic resistance is improved, contributing to better yield for customers, and eliminating the need for external substrates, which leads to space savings and cost reduction. We offer a lineup of standard 5.6mm packages and ultra-compact 3.3mm packages.

  Semiconductor laser(2)

  At Ayase, we offer a lineup ranging from short wavelengths of 635nm to long wavelengths of 808nm (green laser light source SHG), and additionally, as miniature packages, we provide options such as 3.3mmφ and APC laser diodes, always keeping in mind the cutting-edge technology of lasers to ensure a comprehensive supply lineup.
