This is a simple kit for screening for fire ants when an unfamiliar ant is discovered near trade ports or import cargo warehouses. Crush a few sample ants in a buffered tube and diagnose using an immuno-strip kit. If two lines appear, it can be determined that the sample ant is a fire ant.
