Druck High-Precision Silicon Vibrating Pressure Sensor TERPS 8100
Vibration elements are in a vacuum state! They are suitable for pressure measurement fields that require high precision and excellent long-term stability.
Druck's "TERPS 8100 Series" is a high-precision silicon vibrating pressure sensor that employs TERPS technology. To maximize the performance in low range and atmospheric pressure range, the sensor element is structured to directly contact the pressure medium. The vibrating element is in a vacuum state, which allows it to achieve excellent stability as it is completely unaffected by changes in the density of the pressure medium. 【Features】 ■ Employs TERPS technology ■ Structure where the sensor element directly contacts the pressure medium ■ Vibrating element is in a vacuum state ■ Completely unaffected by changes in the density of the pressure medium ■ Achieves excellent stability *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
