The BD FACSAria(TM) Fusion cell sorter is designed with a foundation of "ease of use," in addition to BD's proprietary advanced technology and sophisticated multi-color capabilities. Furthermore, it has been developed by integrating biosafety features. It complies with the National Sanitation Foundation International Standard 49 and is housed in a Class II Type A2 biosafety cabinet. Even if installed without a biosafety cabinet, it can be easily upgraded to include one if necessary.
