We would like to introduce a case study on the effectiveness of our water treatment device, the "Scale Watcher." At a certain thermal power plant, during the regular maintenance period from May to June each year, they performed tasks such as chipping away hard scale adhered to the walls, floors, and beams inside the desulfurization tower using hammers and scrapers, as well as high-pressure washing. However, due to the thick and stubborn scale, they had to replace 3,000 to 4,000 grit pieces with new ones, and all grit pieces with significant scale buildup were treated as industrial waste. After introducing our product, only a few dozen grit pieces needed to be replaced after one year, resulting in a significant reduction in replacement costs.
