Water Treatment and Scale Removal Device Scale Watcher [Public Facility Edition]

We would like to introduce the case study of the introduction effects of the water treatment device "Scale Watcher" in public facilities. Three units of this product were installed in the No. 2 furnace with a capacity of 300t/D. The caustic soda injection amount was 200-250 liters/hour at a concentration of 48%, the Sox emission was 70-80 ppm/Nm3, and the pH value of the lower circulating water was 8-9 pH. There was a softening and detachment effect of the adhered scale in the desulfurization tower shower line. Additionally, there was a reduction in system downtime due to scale softening.
