"#OS-ANT" is a water-based cleaning agent for shower cleaning that can be used at room temperature. It can quickly remove cutting oils, quenching oils, rust preventives, and lubricants from steel products in a short time. Cleaning, which was traditionally done by heating (around 70°C), can now be performed at room temperature (around 20°C). This eliminates the need for heater heating, reducing electricity consumption and leading to cost savings and a reduction in CO2 emissions. 【Features】 - Quickly removes both water-based and oil-based oils at room temperature. *Note: It is not effective on grease or silicone-based oils. - Reduces electricity consumption, allowing for significant CO2 reduction. - If heated above 70°C and replaced every two weeks or more, most customers can expect cost-saving effects (limited to electric heating). - Due to the room temperature, evaporation of water is greatly reduced, significantly decreasing the amount of water needed for replenishment. - Does not fall under hazardous materials or toxic substances. - Not subject to the PRTR law. *Currently, we are providing materials summarizing actual machine line usage data (cost, CO2)!
