basic information
It is the most common method for manufacturing steel plate elbows, known as the Monaka method. After cutting the steel plate material into a fan shape, two components that have been press-formed symmetrically with upper and lower molds are stacked together, and the back side (outer side) and belly side (inner side) are welded. The longitudinal weld seam consists of two lines and is primarily applied to large diameter sizes.
