A non-standard angle elbow refers to elbows with intermediate angles other than the typical 90° or 45°. In piping design, by manufacturing special intermediate angle elbows such as 85.5°, 37°, or 135°, it becomes possible to accommodate piping that cannot be managed with standard 90° or 45° elbows, allowing for installation in spaces that standard elbows cannot fit into. Angles such as 60°, 30°, or 22.5° (22 1/2 elbow) which is half of 45°, and even 11.25° (11 1/4 elbow) are relatively common requests, but we can also manufacture even finer angles. We can produce special angles such as 52°, 77°, and even "38°28′22″ elbow" according to your specifications. These fittings require high precision, making the work challenging, and our workers carefully measure the dimensions.
