We manufacture and sell not only welded pipe fittings but also general-purpose SUS flanges and special-shaped flanges. Our sizes range from large-diameter flanges exceeding 2,000 mm to high-pressure flanges primarily used in chemical plants, including WN (butt-welded) and SW (socket-welded) types, as well as JPI standards and JIS types, among others. The image is an example of ultra-thin flanges with a thickness of 5.0T or less and specially processed flanges that we supply to Nakamuta Daigo Co., Ltd., which handles a wide range of shipbuilding materials. Handling Flanges: Generally, we can consider manufacturing up to an outer diameter of approximately 1800φ. Additionally, we can also manufacture different diameter flanges.
