The Y-pipe in the photo has a size of 4B, with a 30° (R300) elbow welded to the back side of a 1B short pipe, resulting in a special shape. Since SUS430 is in sheet form, both the elbow and the short pipe are manufactured by forming pipes from sheets. After shaping, the inner surface is polished to achieve a very smooth finish. Benkang Kiko's welded pipe fittings inherit the technological expertise cultivated by Nippon Benkan Kogyo, established in 1947, and Nittetsu Sumitomo Kiko, which has been manufacturing since 1953. They are capable of handling various materials, including not only carbon steel but also stainless steel, alloy steel, and non-ferrous metals, as well as a wide range of diameters from 1/2 to 80 inches, allowing them to adapt to various piping environments (design and usage conditions).
