Stainless steel stub end for piping (lap joint) (2)

Compatible with JPF, JIS, JPI, and ASME standards! Materials other than SUS304 are also available!

At Benkan Kiko, we manufacture a wide range of welded pipe fittings, from custom orders to mass production of standard products, including both domestic and overseas factories, to meet our customers' diverse needs. This time, we would like to introduce our stainless steel stub ends (also known as lap joints) produced at our Osaka factory. Regarding standards, we have molds that cover JPF, JIS, JPI, MSS, and ASME, and we can accommodate stainless steel types other than the commonly used SUS304 or SUS316L, with a manufacturing range from 1.5B to 12B. We can handle small to large lots and also offer short delivery times. Additionally, since we manage everything in-house from material cutting to shaping, heat treatment, and inspection, we have absolute confidence in our quality control. We can provide items tailored to customer specifications, from unique one-off pieces to mass production. Because we manufacture in our own factory, we can also accommodate requests such as "considering products with slightly different dimensions than the standard" or "if there were such stub ends..." So please feel free to consult with us.
