There are pipe fittings used for low-temperature piping made of "PL380" and "PL450." ■PL380 Category: Carbon Steel (Aluminum-Killed Steel) Usage: Used for low-temperature piping down to -45°C. Mainly used for fluids such as ammonia and LPG. Our Response: We have steel pipes for some sizes, and for those sizes, we can manufacture relatively quickly. ■PL450 Category: Alloy Steel (3-1/2Ni Steel) Usage: Used for low-temperature piping down to -100°C. Mainly used for fluids such as hydrogen sulfide, CO2, and acetylene. Our Response: This material is not always in stock, but we can accommodate requests. Additionally, austenitic stainless steel and aluminum may also be used. - The products will be manufactured based on the pipe fitting standards JIS B 2312 or JIS B 2313. - The shape, dimensions, heat treatment, various tests, and inspection contents will be conducted in accordance with the pipe fitting standards. Pipe fittings are manufactured based on standards, but we also have a track record of various options such as bevels and external coatings tailored to customer requests. For inspections of pipe fittings, we have experience with mechanical tests such as Charpy impact tests, tensile tests, and flattening tests. We also have a track record of non-destructive testing, including PT tests, MT tests, and UT tests. Hydrostatic testing of pipe fittings is also possible. These tests can be conducted in the presence of the customer, and we can provide inspection reports for all tests.
