Automatic Drainage Continuous Monitoring Monitor 'MiSSion-S Monitor Fluorine'
The automatic online device for fluorine, "MiSSion-S Monitor," using Continuous Flow Analysis (CFA) has been completed! 【*Technical materials available】
This device is a modified continuous flow analysis system for laboratory equipment that automatically samples the effluent collected in an overflow tank, allowing for automatic distillation and measurement at regular intervals. It uses the principle of the bubble segmentation flow analysis method (CFA) as described in JISK0126. The sample is automatically distilled, mixed with reagents, reaches the flow cell, and is quantitatively analyzed. If an abnormal value is detected, it can send a signal to a designated location to alert of the anomaly. 【Usage Examples】 ● Wastewater management in plant factories ● Process management in factories *For detailed specifications, please download the PDF. basic information
In the ordinance that partially amends the ordinance establishing drainage standards (Ordinance No. 21 of the Ministry of the Environment, 2001), provisional drainage standards were set for 40 industries for a period of three years. After reviews every three years, provisional drainage standards are currently established for 12 industries. For fluorine in the manufacturing industry, the application period for provisional drainage standards is until June 30, 2022, after which it has transitioned to general drainage standards. Additionally, there is a need to monitor fluorine drainage in various manufacturing industries, and an automatic analysis device (monitor) has been developed that can measure accurately without manual intervention.
