Polyual for reliable salt damage protection for outdoor units.
Suppressing the year-on-year changes in electricity usage! Measures can also be taken for cases and copper pipes with special paint.
In Okinawa, a region affected by severe salt damage, neither salt-resistant nor heavy salt-resistant specifications are used. Instead, a special coating known as "Okinawa coating" is used to protect the aluminum fins. However, the thin salt-resistant and heavy salt-resistant specifications, which are only a few microns thick, deteriorate and peel off almost completely within a year under direct sunlight. The aluminum fin deterioration prevention paint "Polyual" is 20 microns thick, similar to the Okinawa coating, making it less susceptible to UV damage and providing long-lasting durability. 【Brigold's Solution】 ■ A world-leading technology used for 30 years in 50 countries ■ A dedicated protective agent for aluminum fins that reliably protects the fins ■ High thermal conductivity that maintains and restores the performance of aluminum fins ■ Outdoor units in use can also be painted ■ Repairs through touch-ups provide semi-permanent protection for the fins *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
basic information
【Test Data】 <Comparison by Salt Spray Test> In comparison to the test results of heavy salt resistance and Okinawa coating, which range from 700 to 1500 hours for aluminum plates, the polyurea coating has been confirmed to last 11,000 hours on aluminum plates and 4,000 hours on heat exchanger structures. This demonstrates salt damage resistance characteristics equivalent to general building materials used for roofs and similar applications. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
