The BRICS Engineering Division provides comprehensive in-house support from plant design to FA (Factory Automation) equipment design. Utilizing 2D to 3D modeling and conceptual design, we conduct interference verification for electrical wiring, piping routes, and civil engineering foundations. This helps minimize rework on-site and supports smooth progress from design to manufacturing and installation. We have obtained the mechanical equipment installation work permit approved by the Governor of Shizuoka Prefecture (Permit No. Han-2 No. 40323), and we have professionals who are committed to safety management. Our construction service area extends nationwide, primarily focusing on Shizuoka Prefecture, and we achieve shorter delivery times and quality assurance for remote projects through remote management and on-site support. Our past achievements include numerous heavy equipment handling, installation, and layout changes for NC machine tools, press machines, and injection molding machines. We are also capable of handling various factory equipment installations, including hoist crane installations, freight elevator installations, and photocatalytic construction.
