The BRICS Engineering Division provides comprehensive in-house design, manufacturing, and installation of various machine tools, including presses and injection molding machines. We implement everything from conceptual design to mechanical design, 3D modeling, parts procurement, assembly, and trial operation in a one-stop manner, ensuring smooth integration into manufacturing lines. We have obtained the machinery installation work permit approved by the Governor of Shizuoka Prefecture (Permit No. Han-2 No. 40323), and we have professionals who are thorough in safety management. Our construction service area extends nationwide, primarily centered in Shizuoka Prefecture, and we achieve shortened delivery times and quality assurance for remote projects through remote management and on-site support. Our past achievements include numerous heavy equipment installations, such as NC machine tools, press machines, and injection molding machines, as well as layout changes. We are also capable of handling various factory facility constructions, including hoist crane installations, freight elevator installations, and photocatalytic construction.
