Detailed information
-
1-1. Newly Developed Turning Spindle Motor The newly developed high-speed, high-output built-in DD motor enables efficient turning operations. The maximum rotation speed is 2000 min-1.
-
1-2. Newly Developed Roller Gear Index The inclined axis (A-axis) employs a roller drive mechanism. High-speed and high-precision indexing is possible through clamping pressure.
-
1-3. Newly Developed Double Plunger Lock The fixation of turning tools on the tool spindle adopts the double plunger lock method. This enables stable machining.
-
1-4. New Development Magazine The turret-type magazine surrounding the column enables high-speed tool changes. It can store up to 22 tools.
-
2. Process Integration Workpieces that were processed separately by turning and machining can now be integrated into a single machine. This reduces handling time between machines.
-
3. High Productivity By performing positioning of the XYZ axes and AC axes simultaneously with tool changes, we further reduce wasted time. High-speed tool changes are achieved through optimized control of spindle start/stop, Z-axis elevation, and magazine operations.
-
4. Evolution of Operability Equipped with the newly developed 'CNC-C000' control device, processing capability and functionality have been significantly improved, along with advancements in usability.
-
5. Improvement of Environmental Performance We achieve low power consumption through the adoption of high-efficiency spindle motors, energy-saving pumps, the incorporation of regenerative power technology, and energy-saving features.
